The hotel's location is superb, close to Freedom Square and Meidan Square, making sightseeing a breeze. The rooms, while decent in size with good bathrooms and a safe, may feel a bit basic considering the price. The service had its challenges, with multiple issues such as delays and lack of receipts. The dining, though featuring a variety of fresh fruit and Georgian foods, is served in a basement room instead of the rooftop terrace with good views.
